Q: Why doesn't my bear look exactly like the bear on the
can (or my friend's bear)?
A:
Each bear is made by hand. This ensures the quality that
we demand in our products, but it also leaves room for
variation. If for some reason you are unhappy with the
look of your bear or there is a defect in your product,
please contact us so that we may send you a new one
immediately. To begin correspondence, please email us at
customer@coffeebeanbears.com.
Q: Where are the bears made? What kind of conditions are
they manufactured under?
A: Our
bears are made in China. We've visited our suppliers'
factories on many occasions to confirm that the workers
are working under safe conditions. In addition, we are
in the process of working with our suppliers on
obtaining third party social responsibility
certification.
Q: Are the Coffee Bean Bears safe for children?
A: The
Coffee Bean Bears were not designed to be children's
toys, but rather adult gift items and collectibles.
Though this is true, the Coffee Bean Bears have been
tested by independent third party labs and have passed
the ASTM F963 standards, which exceed the Consumer
Product Safety Council's regulations for children's
toys.
Q: When are "The Island Series" bears coming?
A: We
do not yet have an official date set for release of our
second series of Coffee Bean Bears, tentatively known as
"The Island Series". When we do, we will post it on the
website. Also, if you're interested in being contacted
when a release date is set, please sign up for our
Coffee-Bean-Zine.

Q: Where does Coffee Bean Bear coffee come from?
A: The
coffee beans we use to fill the Coffee Bean Bears as
well as the ground coffee comes from coffee growing
regions all over the world. The origin of the coffee
varies for each batch of bears. However, all of our
coffee is 100% Arabica and is all organically grown.
Q: Are the beans inside the bear edible/usable?
A:
Yes, the coffee used to fill the bears can theoretically
be grinded and then brewed to make coffee. However, that
would leave an empty scentless bear. The beans are
intended to be used as a natural and fragrant filler for
your bear. With your bear, we've included a sampler pack
of ground coffee for you to get a taste of our great
coffee. We will have more options for purchasing Coffee
Bean Bear coffee in the near future.
Q:
Is all Coffee Bean Bear coffee organic?
A: All
Coffee Bean Bear coffee is organically grown. The
flavorings we use are both natural and artificial.
Therefore, to abide by USDA regulations, our ground
coffee cannot be labeled organic. However, because the
whole beans are not intended for consumption (non-food
item) we can recognize their organic beginnings.
Q:
How long will my bear smell like coffee?
A:
Your bear is expected to carry the coffee aroma for many
months. The strength of the aroma depends on the use and
handling of each bear. A great way to rejuvenate the
coffee aroma is by placing the bear back in its can for
several minutes. Refill packs will soon be available for
purchase.

A: The
first step is for you to contact us via email,

description of your business. A sales person will get
back to you promptly.
Q: How
do I purchase a Coffee Bean Bear?
A:
Currently we only take customer orders through our
website. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT TAKE PHONE ORDERS.
Another great option is to purchase from one of our
retailers in your local community. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
Q: What are my

A: We

payments.
